  1. Using the donation widget on this webpage, select your desired currency to donate and input desired donation amount (in either USD or crypto).  Click "Continue"
  2. Enter your donor information (or choose to donate anonymously) and Click "Continue" (If you chose to remain anonymous, you can securely enter your email address and still receive a tax receipt) 
  3. Copy the wallet address you see on the final page
  4. Open your own crypto wallet. Tap "Transfer" in your wallet and paste the SAFE Alliance wallet address 
  5. You will automatically receive a tax receipt for the exact amount of crypto you gave (so long as you provided your email address in the previous steps)

  • I need a wallet address to complete my donation. Where can I access this information?

    You can access all of our wallet addresses by using the widget above. Once you enter the type of cryptocurrency and reach the third step, you will receive a unique wallet address which can then be used to complete your donation.

  • How many times can I use the wallet address provided to me?

    Once you’ve filled out your information and receive a unique wallet address, this address can be used an infinite amount of times without having to re-enter any information on our page.

  • Will I get a receipt with my donation?

    In order to receive a receipt with your donation, you must enter your email when prompted to in our widget above. 

  • Can I donate anonymously?

    Yes, of course! However, we cannot provide tax receipts to anonymous donors. Tax receipts and gift acknowledgements can only be received once you’ve entered your email address.
